1. Statutory 14‑Day Withdrawal Right
You have a legal right to cancel any online order within 14 calendar days starting the day after you receive your parcel, with no reason required.
‑ Send your cancellation notice to hello@sorevella.shop.
‑ After notification, you have an additional 14 calendar days to send the goods back to us.
2. Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following requirements:
‑ Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.
‑ Products showing signs of wear, stains, or altered condition may not qualify for a full refund.
‑ Custom‑made or personalised goods are excluded from the withdrawal right under Spanish law.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods
If you receive faulty, damaged, wrong‑sized or incorrect items:
‑ Please contact hello@sorevella.shop within 7 calendar days upon delivery, attach clear photos of the product and packaging.
‑ We will arrange resolution including replacement, partial refund or full refund.
‑ Return shipping costs for defective / wrong items will be covered by Sorevella.
4. Return Shipping Costs
‑ When you exercise the statutory 14‑day withdrawal right for non‑faulty returns: return shipping fees are borne by the customer.
‑ For damaged, defective or incorrectly dispatched items, we cover return shipping expenses.
5. Refund Processing
‑ Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days to your original payment method.
‑ Refund timeline depends on your payment provider’s processing speed.
‑ Original delivery charges will be refunded only for defective or incorrect‑item cases.
